The event kick off at exactly 2:30pm with a word of prayer from Mama Buma Mary and was closely followed by a welcomed speech from the president of Balikumbat Developement Association Limbe appreciating the good will gesture of the non governmental organisation Hope of Balikumbat.

The regional coordinator Mr. Moma Gilbert started his presentation by stating the long term objectives of the organization, which is: free nursary and primary education, catering services to the needy community as well as farm projects that will improve the well being of the people of Balikumbat.
